Whenever I find a rock in the garden or pastures, I always evaluate it for its potential: will it become part of a retaining wall, or can I paint it? Nothing goes to waste at Little Creek and everything has value! The rocks suitable for painting become part of my winter activities and the money raised from their sale is helping to keep the lights on and the bellies full in the barn.
Art and animals, these are my happy places! The cost of looking after senior and/or unsound animals is astronomical but it is a good cause and well worth it. During the warm seasons, we offer therapy to a wide range of clients and we also teach equestrians the language of horses so that they may drastically improve their relationship with their horse.
